The second edition in Badia di Esperia

On Sunday, January 5, 2025, in Piazza Tromba di Rose in Badia di Esperia, the second edition of "Journey Through the Flavors of Lazio" was held, organized by the Municipality of Esperia with the Lazio Region and ARSIAL. From 10:00 AM, food stalls from local farms were open, while at 11:00 AM, a debate brought together producers and local, provincial, and regional administrators on the theme of promoting typical products.

The protagonists of the tastings were the Marzolina di Esperia, local oil and olives, local wines, the PDO Pontecorvo Pepper, the Aurunci Mountains truffle, and mountain honey. The day was enlivened by the folk music of maestro Antonio Petronio, in a festive and participatory atmosphere that confirmed the bond between the Esperia community and its food and wine excellence.
