Itri Hills Wild Asparagus Festival

How it went in 2025

On June 14, 2025, Piazza Sandro Pertini in Itri hosted the second edition of the festival, from 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The food stalls, managed by several local businesses—including Pasta Indipendente, Mani in Pasta, and Masseria Valle Torre—offered a menu built entirely around the wild asparagus of the Itri hills, accompanied by tastings of other typical local products.

Bar service was provided by Bicchieron's Cafè, while the musical entertainment alternated between a live concert by the band M'Annoio Spesso and a DJ set that kept the square lively until the end of the evening. Access to the area was free: visitors only paid for what they consumed. Organized by the cultural association Lokomotiv Musik.
