Edition 2025 — Itinerario dell'Enovago

The 2025 edition of the Itinerario dell'Enovago took place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, in Dogliani, with vigils starting from 8:00 PM (some stops starting in the afternoon). Three local agricultural estates enlivened the evening with traditional menus, Cisrà, Dogliani DOCG wines, and live music, along a free route between the Langhe cellars.

Itinerario dell'Enovago 2025

On Saturday, November 8, 2025, Dogliani renewed its appointment with the Itinerario dell'Enovago. From 8:00 PM (with some stops already active in the afternoon), the cellars welcomed visitors for vigils, featuring tastings of Cisrà, traditional dishes, and glasses of Dogliani DOCG.

The cellars and menus

Among the participating estates: Azienda Agricola Boschis Francesco (appetizer, Cisrà, plin, tajarin with meat sauce) with the VàLANGA bistrot and the Good Vibration swing & blues band; Azienda Agricola Romana Carlo (bagna càuda, Cisrà, pumpkin lasagna) with the Trattoria Sagrinte Nen and the Eight Pence; Azienda Agricola Valdibà di Pecchenino (peppers in bagna càuda, Cisrà, ravioli, cotechino, tiramisu) with the Macelleria Doglianese, live music, and DJ sets. Tasting coupons, available at participating businesses, were valid at all stops.

Programme

Vigils in the cellars from 8:00 PM (some stops from the afternoon). Stops: Azienda Agricola Boschis Francesco (Borgata Pianezzo), Azienda Agricola Romana Carlo (Borgata Gombe), Azienda Agricola Valdibà (Borgata Valdibà). Traditional Langhe menu with Cisrà at every stop, Dogliani DOCG wines, and live music (swing, blues, pop, DJ sets).
