Interprovincial Exhibition of the White Asparagus of Cimadolmo IGP

In 2025, the White Asparagus of Cimadolmo IGP Exhibition reached its 50th edition, celebrating half a century of the white gold from the Piave land. The event, part of the Germogli di Primavera circuit between Cimadolmo and Badoere, featured, as is tradition, the large gastronomic stand with dishes made from IGP white asparagus, themed evenings, musical and cultural moments.

The heart of the event was the Sunday exhibition-competition, with the participation of brotherhoods, producers, and local groups, confirming the event's strong roots in the Cimadolmo community and the Marca Trevigiana region.

The 2025 edition, the fiftieth, spanned about eleven days between late April and early May. The program included evening openings of the gastronomic stand, themed evenings dedicated to IGP white asparagus, musical and cultural events, field visits, and the traditional Sunday exhibition-competition enlivened by brotherhoods and local producers.
