International Street Food 2025 in Rovereto

The International Street Food festival, the traveling street food tour organized by A.I.R.S. — Associazione Italiana Ristoratori di Strada, stopped in Rovereto again for the 2025 edition, as part of its long journey through Italian cities. As per tradition, the event transformed the city center into a large open-air restaurant, with kitchens from various Italian regions and different countries side by side along the street.

The public was able to taste the specialties that have become the tour's trademark: scottona beef burgers, arrosticini, paella, barbecue, international desserts, and craft beers from the breweries present. With free admission and evening opening hours until late, the 2025 edition confirmed the event as one of the most popular gastronomic offerings of the Rovereto summer, in the province of Trento.
