International Street Food 2025 in Palermo

The 2025 edition of International Street Food took place in Palermo from November 27 to 30 at Piazzale Giotto (Piazzale Lennon). The inauguration was held on Thursday, November 27 at 6 PM, closing at midnight, while from Friday the 28th to Sunday the 30th, the stands remained open from 12 PM to 12 AM.

Organized by A.I.R.S. - Associazione Italiana Ristoratori di Strada in collaboration with Confartigianato Imprese Palermo and under the patronage of the City of Palermo, the event offered a gastronomic journey through Italian and international specialties: Abruzzese arrosticini, Pugliese bombette, porchetta from Ariccia, Cinta Senese burgers, paella, churros, Hungarian kurtos, and Mexican and Uruguayan cuisine, accompanied by craft beers, traditional desserts, and gluten-free options. Admission was free.
