International Street Food is the major travelling street food festival that also stops in Cinisello Balsamo (Metropolitan City of Milan), enlivening Piazza Gramsci for an entire weekend. The square fills with food trucks and stalls offering an authentic gastronomic world tour.

The journey through flavours ranges from Italian excellence to international cuisines: Fassona, Angus, and Chianina beef burgers, Ligurian focaccia, Abruzzese arrosticini, Puglian bombette, fried gnocco, porchetta, but also paella, Mexican, Peruvian, Brazilian, Thai, and Argentine specialties, as well as all kinds of desserts and fried foods. Completing the offering is a selection of craft beers and cocktails.

Music and Conviviality

In addition to the gastronomic aspect, the event features live music performances that accompany the evenings, making the Cinisello Balsamo stop an occasion for celebration and socialising. Organized by A.I.R.S. – Associazione Italiana Ristoratori di Strada (Italian Street Restaurant Association) under the patronage of Confartigianato, the festival brings the quality and variety of a format that visits dozens of Italian squares each year to the city, with free admission.
