Edition 2025 — International Street Food
The 2025 edition of International Street Food in Ancona was held from Friday, October 10 to Sunday, October 12 in Piazza Sandro Pertini: opening on Friday at 6:00 PM until midnight, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. This was the 115th stop of the national circuit and the ninth edition of the event, organized by A.I.R.S. - Associazione Italiana Ristoratori di Strada with Confartigianato Imprese Ancona.
The stands offered specialities from five continents, including Argentinian cuisine, pulled pork, smash burgers, Neapolitan pizza, paella, arrosticini, Ascolane olives, Puglian bombette, Sicilian specialities, Greek and Indian cuisine, as well as Italian and international craft beers. During the event, Rai 2 broadcasted footage from the docu-reality "Il Trono del Gusto", dedicated to the behind-the-scenes of Italian street food.
