Edition 2025 — Campo Tures Cheese Festival

The 15th edition of the International Cheese Festival was held in Campo Tures (Sand in Taufers) from March 15 to 17, 2025. Three days featuring up to 100 exhibitors and nearly a thousand cheese varieties, guided tastings, sensory workshops, live cooking shows with star chefs, and a rich program for families dedicated to the Graukäse of the Ahrntal Valley.

2025 Edition

The fifteenth edition of the International Cheese Festival took place in Campo Tures (Sand in Taufers) from March 15 to 17, 2025. Once again, the town center in the Ahrntal Valley (Province of Bolzano) transformed into a large dairy market with up to 100 exhibitors from across Europe and nearly a thousand types of cheese.

The program offered guided tastings and sensory workshops with international experts, live cooking shows with star chefs in an open kitchen, comparative tastings of South Tyrolean Alpine cheeses, and numerous creative activities for children. The star, as always, was the Graukäse of the Ahrntal Valley, a Slow Food Presidium.
