About Peach Exhibition

The Intermunicipal Peach Exhibition celebrates one of the fruit and vegetable excellences of the Veronese territory: the peach. On the bridge connecting Bussolengo and Pescantina, the two communities display the best fruits of the season, award quality productions, and offer the public a refreshment based on peach risotto, in an event that has spanned over half a century of history.

The Veronese Peach Festival

The Intermunicipal Peach Exhibition is a historic event that celebrates the peach, the symbolic fruit of the Veronese plain and in particular of the 'land of peaches' of Bussolengo and Pescantina, in the province of Verona. The event, which has surpassed fifty years of life, brings together producers, administrations, and citizens around one of the territory's fruit and vegetable excellences.

Exhibition and Awards

On the bridge connecting Bussolengo and Pescantina, producers display the best peaches of the season, compared in a competition that awards quality productions. At the end of the exhibition, the fruits can be purchased, while the public is offered a refreshment with the characteristic peach risotto.

A Collaboration Between Two Municipalities

The event was born from the collaboration between the Municipalities of Bussolengo and Pescantina and the intermunicipal fruit and vegetable market, with the support of the Verona Chamber of Commerce. It is the moment when two neighboring communities come together to jointly enhance the agricultural tradition that unites them.
