Edition 2025 — In cim' all'Ara
The autumn edition on November 9, 2025
The first edition of «In cim' all'Ara» was held on Sunday, November 9, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM in Piazza XX Settembre in Cansano. The day began in the morning with guided «Wine and Chestnuts – the trails of Cansano» excursions and an e-bike tour through the autumn colors. In the square, the farmers' market brought together local producers, while traditional games for families, artistic workshops, live music, and food stalls serving traditional dishes were also featured.
The winter edition on December 27, 2025
On Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 12:00 PM, the festival returned to Piazza XX Settembre in a winter version, presented by the organizers as a true community lunch. The protagonists were the flavors of the Abruzzese winter: sagne e fagioli Cansano-style, liver and potatoes, and the famous arrosticini, amidst nature, culture, and gastronomy. Both editions were promoted by the Municipality of Cansano with the support of a committee of volunteer citizens.
