Il Borgo Racconta 2025

On August 12, 2025, Colle San Magno, in the province of Frosinone, hosted a new edition of "Il Borgo Racconta", a spectacular food and wine trail included in the Municipality's rich summer calendar. The streets of the historic center, from Piazza Umberto I to the striking Medieval Tower, came alive with lights, music, and aromas.

Along the stone alleys of Via Roma, stalls offered traditional Ciociaria dishes: snails, peasant soups, wild boar, and traditional sweets like pizza doce and spumette, the white biscuits once prepared for weddings. The evening was intertwined with religious celebrations in honor of Saint Roch and Saint Magnus, which mark the village's summer every year.

The initiative, supported by the municipal administration with the contribution of the Ministry of Culture's "Borghi" grant, involved the Pro Loco, the Parish of Saint Magnus, and local associations.
