Il Ballo delle Debuttanti

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of Il Ballo delle Debuttanti was held at Mercato Centrale Rome from Friday, March 14 (5:30 PM - 10:00 PM) to Sunday, March 16 (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), kicking off Italy Beer Week. On tap were 13 debut beers signed by breweries such as Eastside Brewing, Wild Raccoon, Officina del Baccano, Birrificio del Vulture, Mudita Brewery, Birra XO, Tip, Birra dell'Eremo, Birra Perugia, Tsunami, Birrificio Il Mastio, Linfa Brewing, and Evoqe Brewing, with styles ranging from Bock and Märzen to IPA, Stout, and Porter.

Beers were tasted via tokens (1 token, €4, for a 0.20 cl beer; 3-token package for €10). On Saturday, the program featured the Lunch with the Debutantes, Personal Taster sessions, and three 40-minute guided tastings led by Andrea Turco and Salvatore Cosenza of Cronache di Birra, in the heart of Rome, in the Lazio region.
