HOTEL — International Hotel and Catering Trade Fair

The 2025 edition of HOTEL, the 49th, was held at Fiera Bolzano from October 13 to 16, 2025, confirming its status as the premier hotel industry event in Northeast Italy. The fair brought together 430 exhibitors, with 55% coming from outside the province and an 11% growth in foreign companies, and approximately 19,000 professional visitors.

The program placed people at the center of sustainable hospitality: the Hotel Sustainability Award gathered over 130 participants at the Hotel Connect Stage, while the Voice to the Youth format gave a platform to emerging professionals to discuss new work models. 22 start-ups from all over Italy were also present with innovative projects, for a total of over 3,000 attendees at the rich program of side events.
