About Heart Walk
Walking for a good cause
The Heart Walk is the non-competitive event in Ghedi (Province of Brescia) that combines physical activity with solidarity. Organized by Ginnastica Artistica Ghedi with the support of AiCS and the patronage of the Municipality, the walk has become a very popular event in just a few years, attracting thousands of people.
Two routes for everyone
The event is designed to involve as many participants as possible, of all ages and physical conditions:
- Main route of 7.5 km;
- Accessible route of 1.5 km, accessible to all;
- Start from Parco Centro Sportivo Olimpia, in via Olimpia;
- Charitable purpose to support people with oncological pathologies.
A concrete gesture of solidarity
The proceeds from the walk are donated to support people with breast cancer pathologies, supporting organizations such as Fondazione Abrami and the Manerbio Hospital. The Heart Walk demonstrates how sport can become a tool for solidarity and cohesion for the community of Ghedi and the Brescian plain.
Heart Walk — edition 2026
The 2026 edition, the fifth, takes place on Sunday, May 17, with a start at 9:30 AM from the Parco Centro Sportivo Olimpia, via Olimpia. The non-competitive event offers a 7.5 km route and a 1.5 km accessible route. Organized by Ginnastica Artistica Ghedi with AiCS and the patronage of the Municipality, the walk donates its proceeds to support people with breast cancer pathologies (Fondazione Abrami, Manerbio Hospital) and attracted over 2,000 participants.

How to get there
Ghedi is located in the province of Brescia, south of the provincial capital, reachable via SP668 and SPBS343. The start is at Parco Centro Sportivo Olimpia, in via Olimpia.
