A festival in the green Mughetti Park

The Hay Festival is the event that celebrates rural culture and the connection with the land every spring in Uboldo, a municipality in the province of Varese. The event takes place at Cascina Regusella, nestled in the Mughetti Park, and offers a day of outdoor activities dedicated to sustainability, nature, and rural traditions.

A program for the whole family

The symbolic heart of the event is the hay amphitheater, around which the various initiatives unfold. The morning begins with a guided tour of the Mughetti Park, to learn about the natural characteristics of the area, and continues with activities for children: the show 'Magic and stories with the puppeteer' and 'fishing in the hay', a game inspired by rural tradition. At midday, there is space for an outdoor picnic, with baskets bookable in advance.

Sustainability, picnics, and rustic aperitif

In the afternoon, the festival offers moments of environmental reflection, with a talk dedicated to sustainability, followed by a rustic aperitif. Throughout the event, an exhibition of agricultural tools, a collection of nature photography, and the Park's information stand remain open. Admission is free, and the Hay Festival, organized by the Municipality of Uboldo together with the Mughetti Park and local associations, confirms itself as a simple and authentic opportunity to experience the green spaces and rural culture of the area.
