Edition 2025 — HappyCheese

During the winter of 2025, HappyCheese once again enlivened San Martino di Castrozza and the Fiemme, Fassa, and Primiero valleys with its mountain aperitif. Cheeses from the Caseificio di Primiero, Trentino wines, Trentodoc bubbles, and craft beer accompanied high-altitude tastings in mountain huts along the slopes, confirming the event as one of the most anticipated snow-food appointments of the Dolomite season.

In the 2025 edition, HappyCheese brought back its successful formula among the mountain huts and panoramic terraces of San Martino di Castrozza and the Fiemme, Fassa, and Primiero valleys. The cheeses from the Caseificio di Primiero, from Tosèla to Fontal, were paired with Trentino wines, Trentodoc bubbles, and local craft beers.

Promoted by the Strada dei Formaggi delle Dolomiti, the event combined taste, mountains, and, at some stops, live music from the Dolomiti Ski Jazz festival, attracting food and winter sports enthusiasts to the heart of Trentino.
