Edition 2025 — Borlengo School

The 2025 edition of the Guiglia Borlengo School was held in May in Piazza Marconi, in the weeks preceding the weekends of the 54th Borlengo Festival (May 17-18 and 24-25). In 2025 too, students attended the theoretical and practical evening sessions with the borlengo masters, learning to prepare borlengo according to Guiglia tradition and taking the final exam with diploma.

In 2025, the Guiglia Borlengo School confirmed its May appointment in Piazza Marconi, as part of the Maggio del Borlengo. The evening sessions preceded the weekends of the 54th Borlengo Festival (May 17-18 and 24-25, 2025), repeating the proven formula: a theoretical part on the history and preparation stages of borlengo, and a practical part with the borlengo masters from Guiglia, in the Modenese Apennines in Emilia-Romagna. At the end, the two-part exam and diploma award marked the conclusion of the edition.
