Grilled Sausage Festival of Carassai

The 2025 edition of the Grilled Sausage Festival brought back in August the formula that has accompanied the summer of Carassai for over fifty years. For several consecutive evenings, the historic center was filled with visitors drawn by the Carassai sausage cooked on the grills and served in a bun or on a plate, accompanied by traditional side dishes and local wines. The Polisportiva Carassai, organizer of the event since 1972, completed the program with music, dancing, prize games, and areas dedicated to children, in a popular festive atmosphere that celebrates the gastronomic identity of the Piceno region.
