Grand Tasting: The Great Sparkling Wines

The 2025 edition

The Grand Tasting was born as a series of guided tastings promoted by Signorvino in its Italian wine shops, with a constant formula: a few chosen wines, a gastronomic pairing for each glass, and an accessible story told by the floor staff. In 2025, the Roman calendar took place at the location already active in the city, with limited-capacity evenings and online booking.

The public information available does not allow for a detailed reconstruction of the labels proposed during the evening dedicated to the great sparkling wines of that year. However, the format remained unchanged in the transition to 2026, when the event found a home in the new space in the historic center, at Largo dei Lombardi, in the Municipality of Rome.
