The re-enactment of the Brescia-Montichiari automobile circuit
The Golden Belt Circuit is the historical re-enactment of the glorious automobile circuit that connected Brescia and Montichiari, in the Province of Brescia, in the early twentieth century. An event that celebrates the roots of motoring in Brescia, a land that also gave birth to the legendary Mille Miglia.
The historic cars start from Piazza Santa Maria in Montichiari, after checks, and travel the roads that made up the Golden Belt Circuit at the time, facing twenty-four timed sections and two regularity trials. The route connects Montichiari to Brescia, concluding at the historic Caserma Goito.
The event is organized by ACI Brescia together with the 'Franco Mazzotti' Mille Miglia Club and in collaboration with ACI Storico. For many crews, it represents pre-race training for the Mille Miglia, in a deep connection between Montichiari and the great tradition of road racing in the Brescia area.
The 36th edition of the Golden Belt Circuit re-enacts the historic automobile circuit between Brescia and Montichiari. On Saturday, May 30, 2026, after the checks, the vintage cars will depart at 10:00 AM from Piazza Santa Maria in Montichiari to face 24 timed sections and 2 regularity trials along the roads that made up the circuit, with arrival at Caserma Goito in Brescia. The event is organized by ACI Brescia with the 'Franco Mazzotti' Mille Miglia Club and ACI Storico.
