Edition 2025 — Gnocchi in Piazza

The 2025 edition of Gnocchi in Piazza took place on Saturday, August 9, in Vitorchiano, starting at 7:00 PM in Piazza Roma. The San Michele Arcangelo Festival Committee served traditional Viterbo-style gnocchi, prepared with simple and genuine ingredients, during an evening enlivened by live music in the heart of the village.

2025 Edition

Gnocchi in Piazza 2025 was held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, in Piazza Roma in Vitorchiano, starting at 7:00 PM. The festival, organized by the San Michele Arcangelo Festival Committee with the support of the Municipality and local associations, once again featured the signature dish of the evening: gnocchi, a specialty of Viterbo cuisine made with simple and genuine ingredients. The dinner in the square was accompanied by live music, in an atmosphere tied to ancient flavors and the conviviality typical of Tuscia festivals. The event was part of the rich 2025 Vitorchiano summer program, between the Cavatello Festival in early August and the Ferragosto celebrations.
