Pop culture arrives in Montichiari
Gardacon is the festival dedicated to pop culture held at the Centro Fiera del Garda in Montichiari, in the Province of Brescia. Two days where the fairgrounds are filled with stands of comics, gadgets, and illustrations, video game stations, gaming areas with tournaments, and a lively artist alley to meet illustrators and creatives.
Cosplay takes center stage
The beating heart of Gardacon is cosplay: parades and contests bring the most iconic characters from the world of anime, manga, cinema, and video games to the stage. The program alternates cosplay competitions, K-pop dance contests, Disney song battles, and lightsaber shows, in a festive atmosphere that directly involves the audience.
Guests, shows, and gaming
Each edition features meetings with guests from the entertainment world, concerts, and live shows. The spring edition inaugurates Gardacon's season, which also returns in the autumn, confirming the Montichiari event as one of the reference points for pop culture, gaming, and comic enthusiasts in Lombardy.

The 2026 spring edition of Gardacon enlivens the Centro Fiera del Garda in Montichiari for an entire weekend. Gaming areas with tournaments and interactive stations, artist alley with illustrators and creatives, stands of comics and gadgets, and cosplay as the main star with parades and contests. Among the announced guests are Ed Westwick, Giorgio Vanni Live, Dadobax - Feel The Videogame, and 2Z.
