Edition 2025 — Fusillo Festival
2025 Edition: The 52nd Festival
The 2025 edition of the Fusillo and Braciola Pietrafusana Festival, the 52nd, was held on Friday, August 8th, Saturday, August 9th, and Sunday, August 10th in Piazza Marconi, in the center of Pietradefusi (Province of Avellino, Campania), with food stands opening at 8:00 PM.
The stars of the table were the fusilli and braciola in sauce, true icons of Irpinian cuisine, along with the famous Ciarcia prosciutto, sausage sandwiches, eggplant parmigiana, and local wines. On Sunday, coinciding with the patronal festivities, the pizzillo, a traditional local dish, was also served.
Musical entertainment included Notturno Italiano (Friday, August 8th), Fabio's Band (Saturday, August 9th), and the Concerto Bandistico Città di Bari (Sunday, August 10th). The organization was managed, as per tradition, by the Amici del Fusillo association.

Friday, August 8, 2025, 8:00 PM — Opening of the food stands in Piazza Marconi; evening music with Notturno Italiano.
Saturday, August 9, 2025, 8:00 PM — Food stands; musical evening with Fabio's Band.
Sunday, August 10, 2025 — Patronal festivities, sausage sandwiches, and pizzillo; Concerto Bandistico Città di Bari.
