2025 Edition
The twelfth edition of the Fritt&Pizza Festival was held on Monday, August 4, 2025, on Via Roma in Roccasecca, with stands opening at 7:00 PM and closing late at night. The event was organized by the Terra Bianca Association in collaboration with the Ristorante Pizzeria Casa Magnolia.
The menu revolved around fried pizza, accompanied by Roman and Neapolitan pizza, traditional fried snacks from Lazio and Campania, and handmade gnocchi. Gluten-free and lactose-free options were available.
On the musical front, the 2025 edition hosted the group MBL — Musica del Basso Lazio, celebrating their twenty-fifth anniversary: at 9:00 PM, the folk-pop concert took place, while at 11:00 PM, the Saltarello House performance showcased traditional rhythms reinterpreted with electronic sounds. A craft and hobby market and family entertainment rounded out the evening.
