2025 Edition
From October 3 to 5, 2025, the Freshwater Fish Festival brought the upper Garda Trentino to life with a program spread across Torbole, Riva del Garda, and Arco.
On Friday, October 3, at Palazzo Martini in Riva del Garda, the Creek Chic event featured zero-mile tapas with chef Stefano Rossi and lake fish-based cocktails. On Saturday, October 4, Fish in the Square brought the traditional lunch to Piazza Lietzmann in Torbole (11:30 AM - 2:30 PM), while Lake Zen, featuring oriental-inspired finger food, was held at the Spiaggia degli Olivi in Riva.
On Sunday, October 5, lake street food animated the Torbole Fishermen's Harbor (from 12:00 PM), with the Torbole Pike Trophy weigh-in at 1:00 PM and the award ceremony at 3:30 PM. In the evening, at the Monastero Arx Vivendi in Arco, the Fizz & Fish gourmet dinner closed the event with wine pairings curated by the Trentino Wine and Flavors Route.
