B2Cheese is the only international B2B fair organised in Italy exclusively dedicated to the dairy and cheese sector. It is held at the Fiera di Bergamo, in a province that boasts the European record for the number of PDO cheeses: a choice that is anything but accidental for an event dedicated to white gold.

B2Cheese is aimed at companies, operators, and stakeholders of the entire supply chain: production, food-tech, logistics, distribution, and hospitality. The format includes conferences, networking events, and dedicated programmes that bring together international producers and buyers from dozens of countries.
An international showcase
Founded in 2019, the fair has attracted specialised operators and buyers from numerous nations since its first edition, establishing itself as a business platform for the sector. The institutional support of Made in Italy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Lombardy Region, and the Bergamo Chamber of Commerce confirms the strategic value of the event.

The event is ideally linked to the rich cheese heritage of the Bergamo and Lombardy territory, also celebrated by the cultural exhibition FORME. B2Cheese represents the professional and commercial highlight of a tradition that has deep roots in the province of Bergamo.
B2Cheese — edition 2026
The fourth edition of B2Cheese takes place at the Fiera di Bergamo on September 23 and 24, 2026. Two days dedicated to the dairy and cheese business, with an exhibition area of 9,000 sqm and over 500 scheduled B2B meetings between producers and international buyers.
The programme includes conferences and networking moments along the entire supply chain, from production to distribution. The cultural partner of the event is FORME, the exhibition dedicated to cheese.
