Flavors & Crafts – Brisce de Corposano

In 2025, the Flavors & Crafts – Brisce de Corposano fair confirmed its autumn format in San Giustino. The 'brisce' from Corposano served as a common thread between the food stalls in Piazza del Municipio and the Village of Taste set up in the cloister of Castello Bufalini. Alongside the gastronomy, the event highlighted ancient crafts and artisan work, historic vehicle gatherings like the Vespa Club and vintage tractors, tasting dinners, and conferences dedicated to agriculture. This event, promoted by the Enogastronomic Academy of Valtiberina and the Sangiustinese Cooperative, involved schools, associations, and cultural institutions from the Upper Tiber Valley region.
