Fish and Gin Festival

The sixth edition of the Fish and Gin Festival, in 2025, chose Galatina as its inaugural stage from July 11 to 13. The heart of the evenings was between Piazzetta Galluccio and the Ex Convento delle Clarisse, where cocktail bars, restaurants, and venues in the historic center turned into stages for tastings, traditional Apulian cuisine, food pairing, and original cocktails. A novelty that year was the storytelling of Salento through nine gin-based cocktails inspired by iconic local landmarks, from Barocco Tonic to Finibus Terrae and Porta d'Oriente. The Salento formula then continued with the traveling format NO FEST and the grand final event in Gallipoli at Parco Gondar. In Galatina, admission was free until 10:00 PM, with pre-sale packages available for evening experiences.
