Edition 2025 — Fior di Cacio

In 2025, Fior di Cacio celebrated the raw milk cheeses of Valnerina in the village of Vallo di Nera, featuring tastings, workshops, pairings with Umbrian wines, and outdoor activities. The exhibition reaffirmed the town's role as Umbria's only "Cheese City".

The 2025 edition of Fior di Cacio animated the alleys of Vallo di Nera, in Valnerina, province of Perugia, with its exhibition dedicated to the region's raw milk cheeses. Tastings, cheesemaking workshops, pairings with Umbrian wines curated by ONAF, and iconic moments like the giant ricotta marked the weekend.

Beyond cheese, the village also offered experiences in nature — excursions, activities on the Nera River, walks — and performances, confirming the formula that combines food and wine, pastoral culture, and the discovery of Valnerina. The event is organized by the Municipality of Vallo di Nera with the Pro Loco and local organizations.
