Finocchiona and Tuscan Salami Festival

The 6th edition of the Finocchiona and Tuscan Salami Festival was held on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, between Piazza Don Castelli and Via Roma in Bivigliano, organized by the Pro Loco Vaglia - Mugello.

The day opened at 10:00 AM with the parade of the Filarmonica di Vaglia accompanied by flag-wavers and ladies in costume, while inflatable games entertained the children. Throughout the day, it was possible to taste Finocchiona and Tuscan salami at the local producers' market stalls. In the afternoon, performances by the Maggiaioli di Bivigliano (at 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM), workshops for children "Lucciole per lanterne" (at 4:00 PM), and pizzica and taranta music by the "Tarante fiorentine" school (at 5:30 PM) followed one another. Free admission.
