Edition 2025 — Ficattola Festival

The 2025 edition of the Ficattola Festival confirmed the success of the Quattro Strade festival in Bientina. Between late May and early June, Parco Le Sughere welcomed hundreds of visitors each evening to enjoy sweet and savory ficattole and Valdarno Pisano specialties, amidst live music and dancing organized by the Contrada Quattro Strade.

In 2025, the Ficattola Festival once again enlivened the evenings at Parco Le Sughere in Quattro Strade, a hamlet of Bientina (PI). For several consecutive evenings between late May and early June, the Contrada Quattro Strade food stalls offered traditional ficattole—Tuscan fried dough served sweet or savory and stuffed with cold cuts—along with other Valdarno Pisano specialties. There was no shortage of dancing evenings with live music, the true heart of this popular Bientina festival. The 2025 edition confirmed the event as one of the most popular summer gatherings in the Pisa area.
