Festival of the White Truffle of Sant'Agostino

The 2025 edition, the nineteenth, of the Festival of Tuber Magnatum Pico of Bosco della Panfilia animated Sant'Agostino di Terre del Reno (FE) for three weekends in November. On that occasion too, the prized white truffle from Bosco della Panfilia was the common thread of a menu curated by the chefs of the Associazione Amici del Territorio.

Among the most popular offerings were tortellini, lasagne, and truffle crespelle, accompanied by main courses such as baked guinea fowl and truffle egg. The covered and heated stand welcomed visitors on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday for lunch, confirming the festival as one of the most cherished autumn food and wine events in the Bassa ferrarese.
