Edition 2025 — Festival of the Mora Romagnola Porchetta
The 19th edition of the Festival of the Mora Romagnola Porchetta and Biodiversity Fair took place in Brisighella on Sunday, October 19, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The historic center of the village, between Parco Ugonia and Piazza IV Novembre, hosted gastronomic stands dedicated to the Mora Romagnola, an ancient Slow Food presidium pig breed, offering porchetta, cured meats, and grilled meats.
The market of typical products and local crafts was complemented by the Biodiversity Fair, featuring native Romagnola breeds such as the Romagnola donkey, Romagnola chicken, and Romagnola cattle breed, as well as sheep and goats. The panoramic train took visitors to explore the Brisighella hills, on an autumn day dedicated to the flavors and traditions of Romagna.
