In early August, the hamlet of Bastia di Rovolon, in the Euganean Hills near Padua, celebrates its patron saint, Our Lady of the Snows. For several evenings, Piazza Marconi comes alive with stalls offering traditional Venetian cuisine, live music, DJ sets, and entertainment for children, in a genuine village festival organized by the parish and the local youth. A community summer event blending celebration, devotion, and good food.

The Patronal Festival of Bastia

The Festival of Our Lady of the Snows is the patronal festival of the hamlet of Bastia di Rovolon, in the Euganean Hills near Padua. It takes place in early August, coinciding with the feast of Our Lady of the Snows (August 5th), and attracts residents and visitors from all over the region.

Evenings in Piazza Marconi

The heart of the festival is Piazza Marconi, where every evening, starting at 7 PM, stalls offering traditional Venetian cuisine open. The evenings are accompanied by live music and DJ sets, with dancing and entertainment, and there's also fun for the little ones.
