Festival of Festivals

The 2025 Festival of Festivals took place in Bibbiena (AR) on Saturday, June 21st and Sunday, June 22nd, confirming the successful formula of a culinary tour through the medieval village of the Casentino. With a single €25 ticket, visitors walked through the characteristic streets of the historic center, tasting the signature dishes of the valley's festivals: Faltona's tortello alla lastra, Ortignano Raggiolo's gnocchi with meat sauce, Venere's chestnut flour polenta with ricotta, Partina's maccheroni with goose sauce, Monte Sopra Rondine's ricotta and herb ravioli, Chiusi della Verna's Arista all'aretina, and truffle roast beef. The event was organized with passion by the Noi che... Bibbiena association together with local Pro Loco groups and community organizations.
