Edition 2025 — Festival de la Cazoeula

In 2025, the Festival de la Cazoeula animated the winter of Como's Brianza with dozens of restaurants competing for the Golden Cazoeula. For two months, establishments in Cantù and the surrounding area offered their versions of the historic Lombard pork and savoy cabbage stew.

The 2025 edition confirmed the festival's travelling format: participating restaurants in Cantù and the Como province of Brianza offered their cazoeula for about two months, competing for the Golden Cazoeula award. Customers, by booking directly at the establishments, could discover the different interpretations of the dish.

The event, which began in Cantù in 2013, has consolidated its role as a key gastronomic appointment for the Brianza winter.
