Festa delle Brise e del Bosco Festival

The 2025 edition of the Festa delle Brise e del Bosco was held from Friday, September 12th to Sunday, September 14th in Caoria, a hamlet of Canal San Bovo, in the Vanoi Valley (Trentino).

The program alternated between nature, tradition, and gastronomy. On Friday and Saturday morning, guided outings with mycological experts from the Mycological Association of Costabissara and Isola Vicentina and forest rangers took place, alongside the historical trek "Ai Stoli de la Totoga" on the sites of the Great War. In the former Caoria Kindergarten, the Fishing Exhibition and the Traditional Nativity Scene Exhibition were set up, while the Mycological Exhibition was inaugurated at the Parish Oratory.

On Saturday evening, the food stall with traditional menus and mushrooms opened under the ANA tent in Caoria, accompanied by live music. On Sunday, the village came alive with markets of local and artisanal products, a course on the use of hay scythes, children's entertainment, and a folk parade, closing with the awards ceremony for the heaviest brisa competition and the photo contest.

Friday, September 12th — 8:00 AM guided outing with mycological experts and forest rangers; 3:00 PM opening of the Fishing Exhibition and Traditional Nativity Scene Exhibition (Former Caoria Kindergarten).

Saturday, September 13th — 8:00 AM guided outing (meeting point: Great War Museum); 8:30 AM "Ai Stoli de la Totoga" trek; 10:00 AM exhibition opening; 6:00 PM inauguration of the Mycological Exhibition (Parish Oratory); 7:00 PM food stall with traditional menus and mushrooms (ANA tent in Caoria) and live music.

Sunday, September 14th — Markets of local, artisanal, and forest products; 8:30 AM course on the use and maintenance of hay scythes; children's entertainment and folk parade; mushroom-based lunch; awards ceremony for the heaviest brisa competition and photo contest.
