Festa della Cucina Bianca

The 2025 edition confirmed the tried-and-tested format of the Festa della Cucina Bianca: an evening gastronomic itinerary that winds through the streets and courtyards of the historic centre of Mendatica, in the Ligurian Alps. Starting from 7 PM, visitors could taste, stop by stop, the light-coloured dishes of the pastoral tradition, prepared by the individual families of the village with local dairy products, cereals, and vegetables.

Accompanying the evening were craft and hobby markets and several live music groups. The event, organized by Pro Loco Mendatica, revived the memory of the ancient Malghe Civilization in one of the most distinctive festivals of the Imperia hinterland.

The gastronomic itinerary started from 7 PM, with tickets and information available in Piazza della Chiesa and tasting points scattered throughout the village, accompanied by markets and live music.
