Edition 2025 — Festa del Baccalà
The 16th Festa del Baccalà in Tassina took place over three weekends in October 2025 (October 10-12, 17-19, and 24-26), featuring codfish 'alla vicentina', 'alla veneziana', 'mantecato', and other traditional Venetian preparations served in a heated tent.
The 2025 edition, the 16th, was held over three weekends in October: October 10-12, 17-19, and 24-26. In the heated tent, codfish was offered in its many traditional Venetian preparations — 'alla vicentina', 'alla veneziana', 'mantecato' — accompanied by polenta. Evening service from Friday to Sunday (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and Sunday lunch (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM) attracted many gourmets from the Polesine region to Tassina.
