Ferrara Food Festival 2025 - V Edition
The fifth edition of the Ferrara Food Festival took place from October 31 to November 2, 2025, in the historic center of Ferrara, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM with free admission. The event, also presented at the Chamber of Deputies, featured over 80 exhibition stands and a large scenic inscription made with pumpkins.
The event area in Piazza Municipale hosted big names in haute cuisine: Davide Oldani, present for the ribbon-cutting ceremony and the presentation of his book, Carlo Cracco, protagonist of a gala dinner inspired by the Renaissance banquets of the Este court, Fulvio Marino, a baker known to television audiences, and Sonia Peronaci, founder of Giallo Zafferano, awarded Ambassador of Taste 2025. Among the most anticipated events was the famous 'trial of Pampepato', the symbolic dessert of Ferrara's pastry tradition, and cooking shows dedicated to Riso del Delta del Po IGP.
