Edition 2025 — Favole di Gusto
Favole di Gusto 2025, the third edition
In 2025, the festival embraced the arrival of spring, moving to late March and early April: two weekends, from March 28 to 30 and from April 4 to 6, opening on Friday and Saturday evenings and on Sundays from 12:00 PM.
The route wound along Via Indipendenza and the adjacent squares in the maritime district of Porto Salvo, featuring the tiella di Gaeta, Gulf catch, Roman-era specialties, and medieval recipes reinterpreted by chefs, along with the Oliva di Gaeta PDO.
Among the novelties of the edition were a Wine Experience in Via Annunziata with guided tastings, the revival of some historical local food festivals, and the promotion of flavors from neighboring towns. The program alternated between showcooking, taste workshops, meetings with local producers, and performances along the route. The event was organized by the Municipality of Gaeta together with Confcommercio, CNA, the MAM Memoria&Futuro Consortium, Pro Loco Gaeta, and the Frosinone Latina Chamber of Commerce.
