The 30th edition celebrates Construction 5.0: digital, sustainable, and future-oriented. The event focuses on applied innovation, safety, sustainability, energy, and human capital development, aiming to guide the sector towards more modern and competitive models.

The fair hosts 150 exhibitors from ten Italian regions and three foreign countries — Switzerland, Austria, and Belgium. Lombardy accounts for over 75% of the participating companies, with 65 exhibitors from the provinces of Bergamo, Brescia, and Milan. The event spans approximately 9,000 square meters of pavilions and outdoor areas.
Conferences and Emerging Technologies
Edil 2026 Next offers a rich calendar of conferences on the main themes of the sector: social housing, urban regeneration, territorial competitiveness, infrastructure and public works, and energy transition. Ample space is dedicated to emerging technologies: BIM, artificial intelligence, robotics, drones, 3D printing, exoskeletons, and new safety solutions.
