Edition 2025 — Dolomiti Gourmet Festival
2025 Edition (October 3-5)
The Dolomiti Gourmet Festival 2025 was held in San Candido/Innichen, in the Puster Valley (province of Bolzano), from October 3 to 5, 2025. In this edition as well, the festival brought signature haute cuisine to the Tre Cime region, under the direction of chef Chris Oberhammer.
The program followed the now-consolidated formula: a high-altitude mountain hut dinner for a few selected guests, the Gourmetwalk through the venues of San Candido's historic center with resident and guest chefs paired with fine wines, and the final Mountain Food celebration at altitude, featuring charcoal-grilled cuisine and reinterpretations of traditional alpine recipes. An event that confirmed the festival as one of the most anticipated gastronomic highlights of the South Tyrolean autumn.
