Dolo-Vini-Miti 2025 in Giovo, third edition

The third edition of Dolo-Vini-Miti was held from 9 to 12 October 2025 between the Val di Cembra and Val di Fiemme, in Trentino. The municipality of Giovo was one of the protagonists of the festival with events in the village of Verla.

On Friday 10 October, the Villa Corniole winery hosted the mozARTWINExperience in two sessions (at 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM): an immersive headphone-based tasting where wine educator Aurora Endrici guided guests through the discovery of four Val di Cembra wines—a Trentodoc, a Müller Thurgau, a Schiava, and a Pinot Noir—accompanied by theatrical storytelling by Mariano DeTassis and live music. Tickets were 25 euros with the Fiemme Cembra Guest Card and 30 euros without. In Verla di Giovo, the festival also offered a meeting dedicated to wine landscapes, in dialogue with other stops in the valley, including the inaugural round table in the Cembra oratory, the Gourmet Wine Trekking, and tastings of the territory's heroic grape varieties.
