The 2025 edition was held in Cavalese from September 12 to 14. The inaugural act, on Friday the 12th, was a visit to the archaeological exhibition «Fiemme before 1111» at the Palazzo della Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme. On Sunday the 14th, starting at 9:00 AM, the village came alive with a parade of vintage tractors and horse-drawn carriages, accompanied by the Cavalese Band. In the center and the square, the «Gusto della Desmontegada» stands opened, offering fortaie, goat cheeses, street food, and live music. At 2:00 PM, the parade of adorned goats, with their characteristic decorations, marched through the streets of the center. The «I Magnifici Prodotti di Fiemme» initiative, from September 6 to 14, involved seven local establishments in the valley with dedicated menus.
