The 2025 edition

The event took place on Saturday, August 23, 2025, with the tour starting at 7:30 PM in the historic center of Poggio Moiano, in the province of Rieti. For one evening, the village became a scattered restaurant: every small square was a stop, and every stop was a course.

The menu retraced Sabine peasant cuisine, starting with bruschetta with Sabina D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil, continuing with coratella alla sabinese, fresh and aged local cheeses, handmade pasta with rustic ragù, fallone — the typical stuffed pizza — grilled meat with seasonal salad, and local desserts.

Along the route, street performers and local musical groups alternated, with space dedicated to dialect poetry and folk music, elements that have now become hallmarks of the event.
