Critical Wine – Terra e Libertà

14th edition: May 24 and 25, 2025

In 2025, Critical Wine – Terra e Libertà returned to Bussoleno, in the province of Turin, on May 24 and 25. The fair brought together over 40 natural wine producers from all over Italy, along with some French guests, with tasting tables accompanied by a market of peasant self-produced goods and local gastronomic stands.

The program featured debates on agriculture, sustainability, and wine logistics, as well as workshops, exhibitions, and theatrical and musical performances. Among the novelties, a bread-making workshop and a guided tasting of fermented products, in the spirit of the Critical Wine Manifesto inspired by a new sensitivity that rejects the exploitation of the land.
