Crete Senesi White Truffle Market Exhibition

The 39th Crete Senesi White Truffle Market Exhibition was held in San Giovanni d'Asso (Montalcino, SI) on November 8-9 and 14-15-16, 2025.

The first weekend opened on Saturday, November 8, with local product and craft markets, a truffle hunting demonstration, and the official inauguration with a toast by the Ricasoli Agricultural Institute, followed by the gourmet stand and the restaurant in the Castle. On Sunday, November 9, the Treno Natura from Siena arrived, accompanied by street performances, a gastronomic masterclass, and the Grand Dinner.

The second weekend, from November 14 to 16, featured a roundtable on the European group of truffles and truffle growers, trekking towards Lucignano d'Asso, Grand Dinners in the Castle, a cooking show, and an organ concert in the church, culminating in the presentation of the "A Truffle for Peace" award.
