Edition 2025 — Cordicelle Festival

The seventh edition of the Cordicelle Festival was held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, Collalto Sabino, starting at 8:00 PM. The star was the typical handmade pasta, followed by stewed mountain herbs, with markets featuring products from the Monti Navegna and Cervia Reserve, the 'Fuori dal Ciak' photo exhibition, and music by the Smilf Street Band.

2025 Edition

The seventh edition of the Cordicelle Festival took place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 8:00 PM, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, in the medieval village of Collalto Sabino (Rieti). In 2025, the protagonists were again the cordicelle, handmade pasta with flour and water served with tomato sauce, porcini mushrooms, or meat ragù, accompanied by stewed mountain herbs. The evening featured markets with typical products and crafts from the Monti Navegna and Cervia Nature Reserve, the open-air photo exhibition 'Fuori dal Ciak' by Angelo Novi, and live music from the Smilf Street Band, in one of the most evocative medieval settings in Lazio.
